SYNOPSIS

Our AM on PM (morning on project managment) breakfast events occur each month, the second Friday of the month. The topic is based on PSA's monthly theme, which is one of the ten Knowledge Areas in the PMBOK® Guide. We will be there to network with you and to facilitate an interactive discussion on our monthly topic.

Speaker: Stacy Munechika, CSM, PMP, Manager Eastman Kodak, Co.

Topic: "Musings on Uncertainty and Adaptive Project Management, Thoughts, tools & failures"

Wouldn’t it be great if, for once, real-life actually followed your plan?  In this session we’ll review project uncertainty management (dealing with “unknown unknowns”) and how it fits in with adaptive project management techniques.  A little smattering of everything: Adaptive PM concepts, a couple useful tools, and a few failures to laugh at learn from.

This presentation will provide you with 1.25 PDUs from the Technical leg of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®'s new Talent Triangle. Remember that you will need EIGHT (8) of these PDUs in order to recertify for each 3 year period.
